Using VybeoTV

VybeoTV lets you browse, preview, and download short video clips. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or content.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

Free and Pro plans

• Free. Downloads include a VybeoTV watermark and may require viewing an advertisement.
• Pro. A paid subscription that removes watermarks and ads and unlocks additional download options.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.

Acceptable use of content

Clips are provided for personal, non-commercial sharing. You agree not to resell the clips, claim ownership of them, or use them in a way that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use any downloaded content.

Intellectual property & copyright

Clips may include third-party material. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown requests. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us via the Contact page with details and we will review it promptly.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific clip will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VybeoTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
